About the Socks

What size do I need?

For kids wearing shoe sizes 2 - 7.5 (US Youth), we recommend size 1-3 YRS.
For kids wearing shoe size 7-12 (US Youth), we recommend size 4-8 YRS.
For tweens wearing shoe sizes 11 - 5 (US Youth to Adult), we recommend size 9-12 YRS.
For teenagers and adults wearing shoe sizes 7-12 (Womens) and 4-10 (Mens), we recommend size 13+ YRS.
If you’re buying for a child and are unsure what shoe size they wear - we recommend ordering a larger size of Pals (they can always grow into them!). Check out our sizing chart to help you decide.

Where were the socks made?

Pals Socks are made in Colombia, China, and Dominican Republic in sweatshop-free facilities, using nontoxic dyes. We work with different factories, and they all treat their workers fairly, give their workers fair wages, and are environmentally responsible (this includes textile recycling). Our partner factories have proudly passed the BSCI and Oeko Tex standards with high grades. Learn more about our sustainability efforts. 

What are the socks made from?

The materials used in Pals vary with each sock design but are about 76-89% Combed Cotton rest make Polyester, Nylon or Spandex. We use this blend to provide a quality cushy thickness and super stretchy, comfy socks.

Our kids-sized socks (1-8 Yrs) also have special no-skid grips on the bottom, made from silicon.

Who designs your products?

The founder of Pals, Hannah, designs all of the Pals Original styles. We also collaborate with amazing designers for our limited edition Artist Series, including Michelle Romo of Crowded Teeth, Anni Betts, and more to come!

Cleaning & Care Instructions

Enjoy a nice long friendship with your Pals by machine washing them in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.

Can my kid or I become a Pals brand representative?

We put out open calls 3x a year on our instagram channel to apply. Stay tuned for the next open call and make sure you are following us @palssocks for any updates.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Apply the discount code during the checkout process in the box labelled promo code.

How do I use a gift card?

During the checkout process, apply the unique discount code that you received via email in the promo code box.

How do I give a gift card?

Orders & Returns

How do I check my order status?

Click the ‘track my order’ link in the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. You will also receive a separate confirmation email once your order has been shipped from the Pals Wearhouse that has a tracking number in it. If you don’t have access to either of these emails, send us a message through the form below - our team will be happy to provide you with an update.

I need to change my order.

Contact us using the form below to explain the problem. If the socks are already shipped out, we can’t make any changes. So, let us know as soon as possible! You may just have to exchange it after you receive it.

I want to cancel my order.

No problem - let us know ASAP by contacting us through the form below. If the socks have already shipped out we won’t be able to cancel your order, but you can still return them within 30 days for a refund!

Can I return my order? Will I get a refund?

Absolutely! Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery. Items MUST be in unworn condition with all labels still attached OR defective to qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. To reduce waste, use the same packaging we shipped your order in!

Oops! I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange them?

Sure thing! Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Contact us through the form below to let us know what you need.


When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 2 business days of purchase. Please keep in mind that the Pals Wearhouse is not open on weekends or holidays.

Where do you ship from?

The Pals Wearhouse in Philadelphia, PA.

How long does the free shipping option take to get to me after it’s mailed?

Our free shipping is with USPS First Class. Depending how far you are from Philadelphia, PA (our warehouse location) can take anywhere from 2-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We usually ship USPS first class (lighter packages) or Priority (heavier).  However sometimes a package may go out via Fedex International Ground if shipping to Canada or Mexico.
