Where are Pals made?
We like to be transparent about our sourcing for the socks, so we have no problem telling you that our socks are made in China, sweatshop free, using nontoxic dyes. We work with different factories, and they all treat their workers fairly, give their workers fair wages, and are environmentally responsible (this includes textile recycling). Our partner factories have proudly passed the BSCI and Oeko Tex standards with high grades. Of course, getting the socks made in the USA would be wonderful. However, 2 issues there. 1, there are no non-skid gripper machines in the states. And 2, because of the cost, we could not afford to sell Pals wholesale. We hope to have online only exclusives in the future, and those will be manufactured right here in the states.
I need to change or cancel my order?
Contact us here or call us, and explain the problem. If the socks are already shipped out, we can’t make any changes. So, Let us know as soon as possible. You may just have to exchange it after you receive it.
I keep getting error messages on my shopping cart checkout?
There may be something wrong with the credit card, or even a discrepancy with the billing information you entered. Make sure your billing address matches what is on file, or the system will decline your card. If the issue is a web-based error code, oops! Sorry about that. Contact us here or call us so we can fix it, and feel free to place the order over the phone.
How do refunds or exchanges work?
Socks: You can send* us anything unworn and in the original packaging to our address below and we will process a refund or exchange (based on your instruction) within 7 days. Include your packing slip or handwrite name, order # and what you wish to exchange or return.

Not sock items: Same as above applies. However, we are not able to do exchanges for different styles or sizes (if applicable) as these items are usually special and offered from other partners we befriended. We are not able to support the shipping costs on both.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days of purchase. Note that the warehouse is not open during weekends or holidays.
How long does the free shipping option take to get to me after it’s mailed out?
Our free shipping is with USPS First Class. Depending how far you are from Philadelphia, PA (our warehouse location) can take anywhere from 2-7 business days.
Do you have gift cards?

Do you ship internationally?
We do! The best price for international shipping is USPS first class if it’s not a heavy package and gets there around 10-15 days. A heavier box (2lbs and more) is best sent via USPS Priority and that is 5-10 days if all goes smoothly with customs! However Fedex International Ground is pretty affordable if shipping to Canada or Mexico.
