Contact us HERE or call us, and explain the problem. If the socks are shipped
out already, we can’t make any changes so just let us know as soon as possible. You may have to exchange it when you receive it.
There may be something wrong with the credit card, billing or shipping
address information you entered. Look to see if all the info entered is
correct and up-to-date. If you still can1t figure out the problem, contact us HERE or call us.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days of purchase, but orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays (for obvious reasons).
